Studio Perspektiv’s SCS Software offices in Prague harmoniously blend creativity and wellbeing, featuring innovative workspaces, wellness amenities, and vibrant social areas, all nestled alongside the picturesque Krčský Forest.
The new offices for SCS Software, a leader in the development of world-class freight simulators (Euro Truck Simulator, American Truck Simulator), bring employees not only a first-class working environment, but also a unique concept supporting creativity, productivity and wellbeing. The offices are designed with maximum emphasis on comfort, top-notch acoustics and a wide range of functions that go far beyond standard office facilities. Employees have at their disposal not only creative rooms for their own implementation, a large fitness center with massages, but also a café, barbershop, podcast studio, cinema and recording studio.
The offices are located in an administrative building from the AulĂk Fišer architects studio, which is located in Prague – Michle, right next to the Roztyly metro station. A big bonus is the natural setting of the KrÄŤskĂ˝ Forest, which offers refreshing views. The project occupies the top three floors of the building on an area of ​​8,700 m2, including a spacious roof terrace with greenery. The offices provide high comfort and are exceptionally generous with regard to the ratio between floor area and number of employees.
Employee-friendly offices – a space for relaxation and socializing
The offices have been designed with employee wellbeing in mind and provide a wide range of spaces to support productivity, creativity and relaxation. Key features include a private barbershop, a large fitness centre with a nutrition bar, a multifunctional yoga room, two massage rooms and a physiotherapy area. Meditation rooms are available for mental wellbeing, while a creative zone is equipped for painting, playing board or computer games and sewing costumes.
For social activities, there is a large lounge area, a children’s corner, a room with board games, a games room with a ping-pong table and two billiards. Employees can use an almost professional kitchen, which is also used for joint cooking courses, and a coffee corner with its own barista. The office facilities are complemented by a number of meeting rooms designed for regular and informal meetings.
Another interesting feature of the development company’s state-of-the-art facilities is its own podcast studio, a cinema for screening films, and a recording studio.
Also worth mentioning are the hygienic facilities (toilets and showers for employees), which are designed with arcade game motifs (pacman, super mario, space invaders). The entire office concept for SCS Software is completed by a private outdoor terrace with a kitchen designed specifically for the company, offering a unique view of the Krč Forest – an ideal space for informal meetings and relaxation.
