  • In the heart of Chile’s most important financial district, BAT (British American Tobacco) established its offices in the iconic Titanium Tower, located in the Las Condes district. Spanning 2,000 m² of open floor space, the project blends design, functionality, and a strong corporate identity.

The design approach was organic: workstations are arranged along the building’s facades to maximize natural light and create a welcoming environment for employees. Avoiding compartmentalization, the layout features very few private offices and numerous collaborative areas that encourage interaction between teams.

One of the standout spaces is the kitchenette, designed as a central meeting point for everyone — including remote team members who occasionally visit the office. Another highlight is the training room, a flexible space equipped with versatile furniture that adapts to different needs and uses.

BAT’s identity is subtly reflected throughout the space. While a neutral color palette was chosen to provide elegance and timelessness, graphic elements incorporate the brand’s characteristic colors, creating a balanced and coherent visual experience.

A key design element: the ceilings were crafted with forms that evoke smoke — a conceptual nod to the company’s business, offering a distinctive and immersive atmosphere without being literal.

The result is a dynamic, modern, and high-quality workspace, where every design decision places the employee at the center, reflecting the values of a global company that embraces innovation and prioritizes the experience of its people.
