Assuta Medical Centers Offices – Tel Aviv
Setter Architects designed the headquarters of Assuta Medical Centers in Tel Aviv, focusing on creating a collaborative, comfortable, and warm atmosphere inspired by Assuta’s values, with innovative workspaces and supportive areas.
Assuta Medical Centers is Israel’s leading nationwide network of private hospitals and medical centers. The company’s headquarters is situated near Assuta Hospital in Tel Aviv. The office planning philosophy prioritizes creating a shared, innovative, comfortable, and pleasant working environment for headquarters staff. It aims to facilitate collaboration and direct communication between departments, maintain individual privacy, and foster dialogue among employees.
The design concept is inspired by Assuta’s core values of professionalism, human dignity, and quality service. It features round and soft ceiling elements, the brand’s subtle colors combined with natural wood, creating a warm and accessible atmosphere. The design strikes a balance between a contemporary feel and a reflection of Assuta’s heritage. Informal seating areas enclosed by wooden slats provide spaces for intimate gatherings throughout the office.
The layout includes open space workstations divided into small “neighborhoods”. Each employee is provided with a personal space within the general area. Supportive spaces such as meeting rooms, phone booths, a cafeteria, and open terraces with live plants complement the open work areas. These additional spaces allow for informal meetings in a light and pleasant atmosphere. The overall design creates an environment that balances collaboration and privacy while embodying Assuta’s organizational values.
