Tengo Design’s IPonWeb offices in Limassol, Cyprus, harmoniously blend minimalist elegance with New York subway-inspired elements, creating an inviting and functional workspace that fosters creativity and collaboration.
IPonWeb Office – A Blend of Simplicity and New York Subway Vibes
A refined, functional workspace was designed for IPonWeb, a company specializing in real-time advertising technology. The design brief was straightforward: create a minimalist, elegant office infused with subtle elements reminiscent of the industrial charm of the New York subway. This vision was realized across 400 m², offering an inviting environment for 32 workstations.
The project posed challenges, notably the low ceiling heights. To counter this, unique lighting elements were incorporated, brightening the space and visually lifting the ceilings, which contributed to a more open and airy atmosphere. This innovative approach not only enhanced comfort but also elevated the overall experience of the office.
The color scheme predominantly features neutral tones, fostering a calm and focused environment. To inject personality and vibrancy, bold red accents were strategically placed throughout the space. A striking coffee table in the reception area, lively touches in the dining and kitchen zones, and red details on the conference table in the small meeting room create an ideal blend of restraint and creativity.
Comfort and productivity are further enhanced by the incorporation of greenery, bringing a fresh, natural element to the office. Quiet conference rooms provide an excellent setting for private meetings or important calls, furnished with comfortable chairs and well-designed tables.
Additionally, the meeting rooms are equipped with elegant tables from Narbutas, providing ample space for collaboration and discussion. Paired with comfortable conference chairs from Flokk, these elements create an ideal setting for productive meetings. The combination of quality design and functionality ensures that each space is not only visually appealing but also conducive to effective teamwork and communication.
The selection of furniture plays a crucial role in the design, featuring pieces from well-known brands that complement the overall aesthetic while ensuring functionality. Cozy armchairs and versatile Hay Soft Edge 10 bar stools enhance relaxation, while stylish tables and inviting Hay armchairs and sofas create a welcoming atmosphere. The soft textures of rugs add warmth and comfort to the space.
Ultimately, the design focuses on crafting a cozy, inviting environment that promotes concentration and efficient work, ensuring that the office is not just a place to work, but a space that inspires creativity and collaboration.
