Imperial Brands Offices – Bucharest
MoVe Architects’ Imperial Brands offices in Bucharest masterfully blends functionality and comfort, creating an employee-centric workspace that promotes collaboration, wellbeing, and sustainability through natural materials and biophilic design.
MoVe Architects is proud to unveil our latest collaboration with Imperial Brands, this time delivering a refined interior design and author’s supervision for their new office in Bucharest, Romania. Following the success of our earlier project for the company’s Sofia, Bulgaria office in 2022, this new endeavor represents a continued partnership built on trust, shared values, and a mutual commitment to workspace excellence.
Spanning 470 square meters, the Bucharest office project was driven by Imperial Brands’ desire to cultivate a modern, flexible, and employee-centric working environment. Our design response combines functionality with comfort, using natural materials, biophilic elements, and a balanced color palette to promote both productivity and wellbeing.
The workspace is laid out with open-plan workstations that foster collaboration, interspersed with enclosed meeting rooms and focus areas that offer quiet, concentrated zones. Vibrant communal spaces, such as the informal meeting areas and multi-purpose breakout zones, further enrich the spatial experience and encourage dynamic interaction.
One of the signature elements of the project is the seamless integration of greenery and natural light throughout the space. This is not only a nod to sustainable design but also aligns with our philosophy of creating human-centered environments that support mental and physical health.
The client’s core values are visually and conceptually embedded within the design language—through custom graphics, inspiring messaging, and color-coded themes that energize and reflect the company culture.
Throughout the design and implementation phases, MoVe Architects provided comprehensive author’s supervision to ensure every detail was executed to the highest standard. Our close collaboration with Imperial Brands’ team allowed for efficient decision-making and a final result that met both aesthetic aspirations and operational needs.
With this second successful project completed for Imperial Brands in just two years, MoVe Architects has solidified its role as a trusted design partner for the brand’s regional office strategy. We look forward to continuing this fruitful collaboration across future initiatives.
