PMG redesigned and upgraded workspace suites at 307 Queen Street, Brisbane, with a focus on creating high-end, flexible spaces that appeal to diverse tenants, maximizing views and marketability within budget efficiencies.
Growthpoint engaged PMG to design and construct speculative suites across six floors of the A-grade asset at 307 Queen Street, combining new fitouts with thoughtful refurbishments of existing tenancies.
The primary objective was to create high-end, flexible workspaces that would enhance marketability and appeal to a broad range of tenant profiles.
Each floor was customised with improvements and refurbishments, optimising budget efficiency. By integrating amenity upgrades alongside the fitout works, a seamless and cost-effective outcome was achieved.
The design prioritised creating a standout top-floor showpiece that maximises views and offers lift lobby presence. Elevated finishes and unique design features differentiate the space, while retaining key built forms and joinery where possible – without compromising the final result. The goal was to deliver a space that would attract high-quality tenants, blending functionality, aesthetics, and modern features.
The project successfully transformed 307 Queen Street into a flexible, high-end workspace. Strategic upgrades and efficient use of existing features enhanced marketability, attracting a diverse range of tenants and significantly boosting its leasing potential.
