McKinley Studios’ design for the Serein Properties offices in Vancouver creatively intertwines art and functionality, crafting a transformative workspace that embodies the company’s human-centric ethos and inspires collaboration and innovation.
Serein’s new office in Vancouver stands as a testament to their innovative approach to urban development—an embodiment of their human-centric philosophy and their deep-rooted passion for art. The design concept is not just a workspace; it’s a reflection of the company’s core values, seamlessly blending creativity, collaboration, and ambition.
Drawing inspiration from the CEO’s unique artist-led approach to development, it is office as sculpture garden. Through the layout and form of each room, to each curated object as furniture placed in the space. The lines between art and function are blurred and the space is curated to inspire and elevate the human experience, transforming everyday office activities into moments of connection, reflection, and inspiration.
