  • Óbvio Arquitetura signs the project for Robbyson, a people management platform located in Belo Horizonte/MG. Impactful, flexible, and integrative are adjectives that define the new office, a space ready to meet the needs of employees.

Part of the AeC Group, a Brazilian company providing contact center services and developing relationship solutions and business process outsourcing, Robbyson uses data science, machine learning, and gamification to engage, recognize, and challenge employees from any industry in their activities.

Thus, the challenge proposed to Óbvio was to break hierarchies and transform the place into a mature environment, but with personality. To do this, colors in drier tones, corresponding to the brand manual, were used, in addition to curved elements, working the fluidity in the space.

And as the company uses technology and data science to manage, engage, and recognize people, it was important to create a collaborative and barrier-free environment that also had work areas for each employee.

The reception gained an impactful entrance with the company’s DNA, which opens to a view of the Américo Renné Giannetti Municipal Park—one of the main green areas in the capital of Minas Gerais—with suspended curved elements and light lines that defy gravity. All of this to foster production and increase creativity.

The 1,100 m² environment also has meeting rooms in different sizes, functional furniture in tones that match the company’s color palette, and a pleasant area for moments of decompression.

When thinking about the space, the architects decided to bring the green inside the office, since the tree is the symbol of Robbyson. Therefore, this reference is present in various corners of the project.

The architecture office also chose to take advantage of the natural light and the incredible view of Américo Renné Giannetti Park (Municipal Park), located in the center of the capital of Minas Gerais. This reduced the use of electricity and helped make the environment, in addition to being much more charming, sustainable.
