
201 Miller Spec Suites – Sydney
PMG partnered with LaSalle to refresh 201 Miller, creating modern speculative suites that complement the heritage façade and cater to tenant preferences, all completed within budget and on time.
LaSalle acquired 201 Miller and partnered with PMG to refresh the building across 18 of its 24 floors. Located in a prime spot near the upcoming Victoria Cross Station in Sydney, the property presented a unique opportunity for revitalisation.
In collaboration with LaSalle Investment Management, PMG successfully delivered multiple floors of speculative suites and refreshed lift lobbies. These speculative suites feature brand new fit-outs and comprehensive refurbishment works, designed to attract new tenants by transforming outdated spaces into modern, distinctive environments that tell a cohesive story throughout the building.
With 201 Miller’s heritage façade, it was essential that each design complemented the building’s character and outlook. The extensive design and construction work spanned 18 floors and was completed within 2–3 years, on time and within budget.
PMG has also worked closely to modify designs to cater to the specific needs and preferences of incoming tenants, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Minimising disruption to existing tenants is a top priority. PMG meticulously plan and execute the project, ensuring minimal disturbance while maintaining the highest safety standards. PMG continues to work closely with LaSalle on their building strategy, aiming to deliver ongoing updates that maximise leasing results and revenue.
