Vacons designed the Synopsys offices in Hanoi to embody an innovative spirit through flexible, collaborative spaces that integrate Vietnamese culture and sustainability, fostering employee well-being and connectivity.
The Synopsys Hanoi office, designed by Vacons, is an architectural declaration of the spirit of innovation, surpassing the traditional framework and challenging the limit.
Inspired by the “Avant-Garde” movement concept originating from the French meaning “pioneer.” This design not only reflects the solid technical capacity and credibility of Synopsys but also brings a creative evil space, promoting connectivity and effective cooperation. Also, help Synopsys achieve Leed Gold certification for the office.
The dynamic and flexible feature is on top, with an office layout designed to adapt to many different working needs. Cooperation areas integrate interactive technology to help promote connections, while quiet spaces support deeply concentrated. The flexible meeting rooms are arranged to nurture teamwork and innovative thinking.
The space is also integrated with Vietnamese cultural elements through works of art and details decorating the identity. These highlights create an attractive aesthetic environment, a catalyst for conversations, and internal connectivity, and evoke cultural pride.
With a commitment to sustainable development, office design uses environmentally friendly materials, combining biological elements such as trees, natural light, and fresh air to create ideal working conditions. These factors contribute to improving the physical and mental health of employees while minimizing the negative impact on the environment.
Finally, the focus of the design is towards work happiness. The space is invested with comfortable furniture, health care rooms, relaxing areas, and utilities to support the balance between work and life.
