Located in the prestigious Emaar Square, Downtown Dubai, Space1 Coworking spans 27,000 sqft of thoughtfully curated workspace designed to foster innovation, connection, and creativity. Drawing inspiration from the golden hues of the desert, the soft glow of the sun, and the ever-changing tones of the natural landscape, the interiors reflect a deep sense of place. Warm, earthy tones and rich textures echo the surrounding environment, creating a sense of calm and clarity that encourages focused work and inspired thinking.
From elegant reception areas and contemporary meeting rooms to expansive open workspaces overlooking the city skyline, every element of Space1 is crafted to balance form and function. The natural color palette—rooted in sand, stone, and sun—establishes a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere that subtly evokes the spirit of Dubai’s desert heritage while embracing modern sophistication.
