BASE BANSONGYUAN

The project is located in the riverside area of the Shanghai Expo in Huangpu district. MASS DESIGN transformed its positioning into a modern office space that improves quality of work life, connection with, and contribution to the surrounding neighborhood. Grouping these programs on the top two floors enhances interaction and sense of community while encouraging the occupants to experience the view and the outdoors. Extruded on the two river-facing elevations, balconies blur the boundary between interior and exterior.
