BASE shiziwan

Base Shiziwan is the first of the Base series. The transformation of these former industrial and office buildings gave origin to the iconic aesthetic of Base. In the residential building, the original construction was stripped down to the rough concrete structure and bright white surfaces and warm natural wood hints were added to create a modern and cozy living space. In the offices building the industrial character of the former construction was enhanced by exposing brick walls, reinforced concrete structure, and opening regular large windows.
