BASE YUPING

In Base Yuping, MASS DESIGN transformed a former hotel into serviced apartments. The façade uses vertical glazed tiles, and a composition of rough stucco and pebble-dash, drawing inspiration from Shanghai’s residential buildings. In the interiors grey terrazzo and tiles, combined with warm accents of wood, bring a sense of home and comfort.
